Gidgett's trial home didn't work out, they brought her back over the weekend while I was busy w/my class reunion. She was obviously a little nervous at the shelter, has lost a little of the weight we got on her & has some hair loss by her tail on her back. As you can see, she's making up for lost time on the grocery front & tomorrow will be an oatmeal bath & flea treatment to take care of the skin irritation.Best news of all is that it looks like she will be getting a new forever home soon with the Vega's! You may remember Gabriella, the little girl who got a sparkly new heart a few months ago, if not the link to her mother's blog is at the right. Well, unknown to me but Kristi, Gabriella's mom, has been following my blog too & they all fell in love w/little Gidgett. Arrangements are being made & hopefully all will go well for everyone & Gabriella will get a sparkly new dog & Gidgett will get a sparkly new home!
